Quality Tickets is a reputable ticket broker striving to provide services in obtaining and selling, at a premium, tickets for sporting, concert and other entertainment events.
By using and ordering through the services on this website, you, the costumer, hereby irrevocably agree to the following terms and conditions, which are essential to the services being offered by Quality Tickets, and without which the latter would not have provided said services and would not have entered into the transactions described herein. By placing an order, it is understood that you, the costumer, has read, understood and agreed to each of the following terms and conditions.
Quality Tickets in no way assures that by using the services you will receive the best tickets for the events listed at the best possible prices. Furthermore, and without limitation to the foregoing, the services provided may be limited by your choice of seating, ticket availability, laws and regulations of the location of the event, and limitations originating from the source of the tickets in question.
You, the costumer, hereby irrevocably recognize that Quality Tickets is no way acting as manager, organiser, sponsor and/or promoter of the events listed on this site and that we have absolutely no affiliation to the sporting teams and/or artists in any capacity whatsoever. As a result, you expressly recognize that we make no representations regarding the events listed on this site, that we bear no responsibility regarding said events and that we shall in no way be liable for the entertainment value, nor shall we be responsible for visual obstructions, sound quality and, except as provided herein, cancellations. Furthermore, and without limitation to the foregoing, it is understood that we bear no responsibility towards any third party whatsoever should you, the costumer, sell or transfer the tickets in any way, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any and all claims arising from third parties regarding the tickets purchased or the services listed on this website.
You, the costumer, represent that you are of legal age and that you have the legal capacity to purchase the tickets listed on this site and to attend the events in question.

By using the services on this site, you, the costumer and your successors, hereby unconditionally and irrevocably agree to waive any and all claims against Quality Tickets and its affiliates arising from the events or from travelling to and from the events, including, but not limited to, dissatisfaction, physical and or moral injury, theft, death or any other damages that may be incurred at such event.

You, the costumer, hereby recognize that the services on this site are subject to and may be limited by technical problems and by source availability of tickets for the events in question. As a result, Quality Tickets expressly reserves the right to cancel any and all purchases made on this site. Without limitation to the waiver hereinabove, Quality Tickets will use its best efforts to notify you of any such cancellation. In the event of such cancellation, Quality Ticket’s sole responsibility will be a refund of the purchase price.
In the present section, the term “technical problems” means electronic or computer malfunctions and/or breakdowns, and pricing errors originating from the present website. It will be the costumer’s sole responsibility to verify any possible inconsistency or discrepancy in the ticket location, description, and/or price by notifying Quality Tickets. In the event of such inconsistency or discrepancy, Quality Tickets will only accept refunds for gross inconsistencies and discrepancies resulting from technical problems and only if the tickets are returned within a reasonable delay.

Quality Tickets shall in no way be responsible for event cancellation nor shall we be responsible to advise you of said cancellation. However, in the event that you return the tickets purchased thirty (30) days from the announcement of a cancellation, Quality Tickets undertakes to refund you of the full purchase price of the tickets purchased. Other than the foregoing, Quality Tickets shall not be responsible for any inconveniences, costs and/or expenses resulting from cancellations. No refunds will be given without the original tickets. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded.

By placing an order, you, the costumer, recognize that all purchases are final and non refundable. Without limitation to the foregoing, Quality Tickets assumes no responsibility except against you the costumer and shall not be bound by any instructions that may be given by you or by any variation to the present terms and conditions made by you in any manner whatsoever. In the event that any check, credit card or other form of payment you tender to us is declined, or refused or if you fail to pay for any tickets or services, we shall be entitled to its costs of collection including court costs and reasonable attorney fees and expenses. You, the costumer, recognize that the purchase price of the tickets contains a service charge or brokerage fee which has been added to the face value of the tickets, which you fully accept to pay without contestation.
All orders are subject to ticket availability. Also, should Quality Tickets fail to deliver to the costumer the full quantity of tickets contracted for, our sole obligation or liability shall be limited to the refund to you any deposits and/or payments for undelivered tickets previously made by you under this Agreement.

Due to the large quantity of orders placed on this site, we do reserve the right to deliver tickets for any order as late as the day of the event. Day of event delivery may be made by, but not limited to, will-call at the venue box office, courier to your hotel if time allows, or courier of the tickets to you personally at a location to be determined outside the venue. If you have not received your tickets two days before the date of the event please call our office at 514-937-0108 from 9am to 5pm CST, Monday to Friday to receive delivery instructions. You may need picture ID to receive your tickets if delivery is made to you in person.
Please keep your tickets in a safe place. Quality Tickets will not be responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.

AMENDMENTS TO THE PRESENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in Quebec. Any court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Quebec will be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement. You hereby waive any argument that any such court does not have jurisdiction over any dispute or that the venue in any such court is not appropriate or convenient. In accordance with Quebec Law, the parties agree that the present terms and conditions be drafted in the English language.
